If you’ve recently purchased an iPhone 7 second-hand, or you’ve forgotten the passcode and Apple ID, you might be facing both a lock screen and activation lock. In this tutorial, we’ll be introducing you to a simple way to bypass both the lock screen and activation lock involving two tools. So, let’s get started!
Step 1: get 4uKey
The first step is to get 4uKey on your computer. Once you got, launch the program and navigate to the “Unlock Lock Screen Passcode” section. Click on it and then hit the start button.
Step 2: Put the Phone into Recovery Mode
Now, navigate to the iPhone 7 or 7 Plus tab and start following the three steps to put the phone into recovery mode. For iPhone 7, press and hold both the side and volume down button, and release them when you see the “connect to computer” icon.
Step 3: Firmware and Remove Passcode
The program will detect your device model and match the latest iOS for it. Go ahead and hit the get button. Once the firmware is stored on your computer, click on the “Start Unlock” button and it’ll start removing the passcode with a progress bar reflecting the process.
Step 4: Bypass the Activation Lock
Once the passcode has been removed, the device will restart and the “Hello” screen will appear. However, you’ll also face the activation lock. If you don’t know the credentials, it can be difficult to bypass it. To solve this problem, we’ll need to install the second tool “FoneLab”, and then click the blue button on each screen till you get to the screen that suggests jailbreaking.
Follow the instructions for jailbreaking on windows and it will help you jailbreak the device and then you restart the computer and start removing the activation lock using the tool FoneLab. After the process is completed, you should be able to see that the iCloud activation lock has been removed successfully. The device will reboot and then you can see that the iCloud account has been signed out and you can set up a new account.
In this tutorial, we’ve shown you how to bypass both the lock screen and activation lock on an iPhone 7 without knowing the passcode or Apple ID. By following the steps outlined in this tutorial, you’ll be able to use your iPhone 7 without any restrictions. Keep in mind that jailbreaking is a risky process and it can void your warranty. It’s always a good idea to backup the device before doing any kind of jailbreak.
